Testie Health, Inc. provides online ordering for STI testing panels. Purchases made through our website are for laboratory testing services, provider consultations upon positive test results, and related administrative processing.

Cancellations
Because testing orders are processed immediately after purchase and laboratory services are reserved at the time of order, cancellations are not available once an order has been placed.

Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for unused testing panels, completed tests, or results received. If you experience a technical issue, billing error, or believe there was an issue with your order, please contact our support team so we can review the situation.
